NEWS FLASH: EXPLANATION OF CHANGES IN THE PROGRAM:
As of late February of 2009, Dark Wing International, of which Dark Wing
Productions and Dark Wing Healthy Living are subsidiaries of, has left the show.
In addition, the former DWP talent and volunteers including host Debra
Gilmour-Mrs. Oregon Int'l 2008 & guests Rasha and Edwin Chapman-former
NBC-Biggest Loser contestants and most, if not all of the former NWHC
contestants that were on any program as of February 20, 2009 - have left including
M'chel Bauxal, the celebrity make-up artist. Due to restrictions in place, we can
not divulge the specific reasons for this at this time.
Dark Wing Productions, Dark Wing Healthy Living, Bauxal Enterprises and
Copper Fox Photography have withdrawn their sponsorship and support of
NWHC and all projects formerly associated with Steven Hall including the very
successful weight loss program that we continue to administer as health coaches.
Mr. Hall, as of April 2009, continues to operate the NWHC program through TVCTV
without the support of DWP, its affiliates or volunteers. If you would like
information regarding the program, you are welcome to contact him directly. We
are not able relay any communications to him or anyone on his staff.
As we reserve the right to protect ourselves and our clients, pictures or video
footage of the program that DWP produced or Mrs. Debra Gilmour appears in, are
not authorized to be online, distributed or on air. If you find any that contains any
DWP names or copyright, Debra Gilmour or has a production date prior to
February 25th, 2009, send an email with the URL or website address to
NWHC-Concerns@DWProductions.biz. Rewards will be considered if not already
known by us.
Our Dark Wing Healthy Living sibling company created a non-televised program
called People Vs. Scale to help those that left the show and wanted to continue to
lose weight. We are happy to report that several have reached their goal.
Former Biggest Loser contestant Rasha Spindell-Chapman, our own Dennis
Gleason, his son Gabe Gleason and Celebrity Makeup Artist M'chel Bauxal, in
addition to several former NWHC contestants are in the program. Mrs. Oregon
Int'l 2008 Debra Gilmour is also involved.
We are looking for individuals that weigh in excess of 300 lbs for our weight loss
program. All participants that get involved, on the same product the rest of us are
on and stick with it until they reach their goal, will have webpages, promos and
can act as spokespersons where we actually pay you to help others lose weight.
The PVS program is not a TV show, but a copyrighted LIVE weight loss support
group for those that want help to lose weight and get healthy. If you are interested

THE NAME "BIGGEST LOSER" IN THE ORIGINAL TITLE
Since we have received inquiries surrounding the use the of "Biggest Loser" as
part of the show's original title, here is our public statement on the subject. It
states the past actions but only applies through February of 2009 when we left.
The program was originally named 'Biggest Loser Beaverton' by Steve Hall. When
Dark Wing Productions was brought on, we required the name be changed upon
not receiving permission from 'NBC' or BL Productions to use the 'Biggest Loser'
logo and name in the title.
Dennis Gleason came up the name 'Northwest Health Challenge' (not associated
with DWP's existing programs, 'Children's Health in the Northwest' or formerly
known Northwest Cycling that DWP continues to produce).
Dark Wing International and subsidiary companies are not affiliated with the
program any longer and not associated with and have no control over decisions
now being made related to the show such as advertisements and postings
containing 'Biggest Loser', specifically on the Internet via Craigslist and other sites.
Those interested can contact NBC to confirm if NWHC has since acquired
approval to use the "Biggest Loser" name in their advertisements and websites by
